Service description

MindBeamer is a multi-tenant SaaS platform for social-media content marketing. For each project (project = one brand / one domain / one topic), the AI generates post themes, writes copy, sources images and — after approval by the project owner — publishes automatically to Facebook and Instagram.

MindBeamer is operated by Martin Schenk S.L. under the mindbeamer.io brand. Other projects of the same company: palimpalem.com, soycasero.es, klaro.legal, martin-schenk.es, contix.es.

Important notice

Responsibility for published content lies with the project owner. AI-generated text and images are suggestions. The user reviews and approves each post before publication. Martin Schenk S.L. is not liable for content published by users on their own social profiles.

Data protection

  • ✅ Storage exclusively on servers in Germany (Hetzner Online GmbH)
  • ✅ Facebook/Instagram tokens encrypted with Fernet (AES-128) in the database
  • ✅ GDPR-compliant. Sub-processors with EU Standard Contractual Clauses per Art. 46 GDPR

Limitation of liability

Martin Schenk S.L. accepts no liability for the accuracy or suitability of AI-generated content for the user's brand profile. The user is always ultimately responsible for reviewing and approving each post before publication. Further, Martin Schenk S.L. is not liable for outages, suspensions or policy changes of Facebook, Instagram or any connected social network.

Intellectual property

Source code, design, the «MindBeamer» trademark and other identifying elements of the platform belong to Martin Schenk S.L. Content generated for individual users (text, image selection) belongs to the respective project owner, subject to the Unsplash image licence and the API terms of Meta (Facebook/Instagram).

Governing law

Spanish law applies. Place of jurisdiction for disputes with businesses is Madrid, Spain.
