Data Deletion

You can have the data MindBeamer stores about you deleted at any time. There are two options, depending on what you want to remove.
Disconnect your Facebook/Instagram connection
If you only want to remove the connection to your Facebook or Instagram account (without deleting your MindBeamer account):
- Sign in to the dashboard, open your project and remove the connected channel via the trash icon.
- This immediately deletes the stored access token and all channel data from our database.
- You can also revoke the app's permission in your Facebook settings under "Settings & Privacy → Apps and Websites".
Delete your account and all data
If you want to delete your entire MindBeamer account and all associated data, send an email to martin@mindbeamer.io from the address you registered with, using the subject "Data deletion".
We will delete your account and all personal data (including any stored social-media tokens) within 30 days and confirm the deletion by email. There is no charge.
