Can I manage several clients in one account?
Yes. Each client is a separate project with its own tone, topics and channels. You see all of them in one overview and log in once.
Can my client approve posts themselves?
Yes. Up to three more addresses per client receive the approval email. Whoever clicks Approve first sends the post out.
What do I need from the client to connect their pages?
You need to be an admin of their Facebook Page. Instagram must be a business or creator account linked to that Page. You connect through your own Facebook account.
Will it sound like my client or like a machine?
The tone comes from the client's website and material, not from a template. What you edit or reject shapes the next posts.
Does anything go out without approval?
No. By default every post waits for approval. Full automation exists per client, but only if you switch it on.
